This Privacy Policy explains how The Mob State (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use our website, web game and related services. By playing or browsing you agree to this policy where applicable law allows.
Who we are
The Mob State is an online game operated as a digital service. For privacy requests contact us at info@themobstate.com or, after you have an account, through the in-game support ticket system.
Data we collect
We may process account data (username, email if provided, hashed password), Facebook Login, Google Sign-In or Discord Sign-In data when you choose those options (provider user ID, public profile name, and email if granted), gameplay and progression data, technical logs (IP address, device/browser type, timestamps), payment-related references from our payment providers (we do not store full card numbers), and communications you send to support.
Purposes
We use data to provide the game, create or sign you in to an account (including via Facebook Login, Google Sign-In or Discord Sign-In), secure accounts, prevent abuse and fraud, process purchases, improve performance, communicate service messages, and comply with legal obligations.
Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Where GDPR applies we rely on performance of a contract (providing the game), legitimate interests (security, analytics, product improvement balanced against your rights), consent where required (e.g. certain marketing cookies or optional communications), and legal obligations.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure basic usage, and deliver essential functionality. You can control many cookies through your browser settings.
Retention
We retain information as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Some logs may be kept for a limited security window. When data is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it where feasible.
Sharing
We share data with infrastructure and payment processors strictly as needed to run the service, under appropriate agreements. If you use Facebook Login, Meta receives the OAuth request you approve; we do not post to your Facebook profile or contact your friends. If you use Google Sign-In, Google receives the OAuth request you approve; we do not access Gmail, Drive, or other Google services. If you use Discord Sign-In or Link Discord, Discord receives the OAuth request you approve; with your consent we may add you to the official The Mob State Discord server, and we do not send messages as you. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
International transfers
Your data may be processed in the European Economic Area and/or other regions where we or our providers operate. We use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.
Your rights
Depending on your location you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to certain processing, and to data portability. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, including deletion of your account and Facebook-, Google- or Discord-linked data, email info@themobstate.com or use in-game support; we may need to verify your identity.
Children
The game is not directed to children under the age where parental consent is required for processing in your region. If you believe a child provided data improperly, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Facebook Login
When you tap Continue with Facebook we send you to Meta. If you approve, we receive your Facebook user ID, public profile name, and email address when you grant the email permission. We use this only to create or sign in to your The Mob State account. We do not post on your Facebook timeline. You can remove the app in your Facebook settings and ask us to delete your game data via info@themobstate.com.
Google Sign-In
When you tap Continue with Google we send you to Google. If you approve, we receive your Google user ID, public profile name, and verified email address. We use this only to create or sign in to your The Mob State account. We do not access Gmail, Drive, or other Google data, and we do not post anything to your Google account. You can remove access in your Google account settings and ask us to delete your game data via info@themobstate.com.
Discord Sign-In
When you tap Continue with Discord or Link Discord we send you to Discord. If you approve, we receive your Discord user ID, username, and email address when Discord has verified that email. We use this to create or sign in to your The Mob State account and, when configured, to add you to the official The Mob State Discord server. We do not send messages as you. You can revoke access in your Discord authorized-apps settings, leave the server, and ask us to delete your game data via info@themobstate.com.

We kunnen accountgegevens (gebruikersnaam, e-mail indien opgegeven, gehasht wachtwoord), Facebook-, Google- of Discord-logingegevens als je die optie kiest (provider-gebruikers-ID, openbare profielnaam en e-mail als die wordt gegeven), gameplay- en voortgangsdata, technische logs (IP-adres, apparaat/browsertype, tijdstempels), betalingsreferenties van betaalproviders (geen volledige kaartnummers) en door jou naar support gestuurde berichten verwerken.
Doeleinden
We gebruiken gegevens om de game te leveren, een account aan te maken of je in te loggen (ook via Facebook Login, Google Sign-In of Discord Sign-In), accounts te beveiligen, misbruik en fraude te voorkomen, aankopen af te handelen, prestaties te verbeteren, servicemeldingen te sturen en aan wettelijke verplichtingen te voldoen.
Delen
We delen gegevens met infrastructuur- en betaalpartners voor zover nodig om de dienst te draaien. Als je Facebook Login gebruikt, ontvangt Meta het OAuth-verzoek dat jij goedkeurt; we plaatsen niets op je Facebook-profiel. Als je Google Sign-In gebruikt, ontvangt Google het OAuth-verzoek dat jij goedkeurt; we openen geen Gmail, Drive of andere Google-diensten. Als je Discord Sign-In of Discord koppelen gebruikt, ontvangt Discord het OAuth-verzoek dat jij goedkeurt; met jouw toestemming kunnen we je toevoegen aan de officiële The Mob State Discord-server, en we sturen geen berichten namens jou. We verkopen geen persoonsgegevens.
Jouw rechten
Om rechten uit te oefenen, inclusief verwijdering van je account en Facebook-, Google- of Discord-gekoppelde data, mail je info@themobstate.com of gebruik je in-game support.
Facebook Login
Als je Doorgaan met Facebook kiest, sturen we je naar Meta. Als je akkoord gaat, ontvangen we je Facebook-gebruikers-ID, openbare profielnaam en e-mailadres als je de e-mailtoestemming geeft. We gebruiken dit alleen om je The Mob State-account aan te maken of in te loggen. We plaatsen niets op je Facebook-tijdlijn. Je kunt de app verwijderen in je Facebook-instellingen en ons vragen je gamegegevens te wissen via info@themobstate.com.
Google Sign-In
Als je Doorgaan met Google kiest, sturen we je naar Google. Als je akkoord gaat, ontvangen we je Google-gebruikers-ID, openbare profielnaam en geverifieerd e-mailadres. We gebruiken dit alleen om je The Mob State-account aan te maken of in te loggen. We openen geen Gmail, Drive of andere Google-data en plaatsen niets op je Google-account. Je kunt de toegang intrekken in je Google-accountinstellingen en ons vragen je gamegegevens te wissen via info@themobstate.com.
Discord Sign-In
Als je Doorgaan met Discord of Discord koppelen kiest, sturen we je naar Discord. Als je akkoord gaat, ontvangen we je Discord-gebruikers-ID, gebruikersnaam en e-mailadres als Discord dat adres heeft geverifieerd. We gebruiken dit om je The Mob State-account aan te maken of in te loggen en, indien geconfigureerd, om je toe te voegen aan de officiële The Mob State Discord-server. We sturen geen berichten namens jou. Je kunt de toegang intrekken bij geautoriseerde apps in Discord, de server verlaten, en ons vragen je gamegegevens te wissen via info@themobstate.com.
